Artist, procrastinator, drinker of tea. For as long as I can remember I have always been a doodler. When I was 5, I won an art competition for drawing stick horses. In college, I made prints with angry (and sometimes rude) words and drawings. Now that I’m older and not so angry, I want to make doodles and illustrations that give joy not only to me but to the people looking at them. I have always used doodles to portray my artistic ramblings, as I feel it is the most honest and pure way for me to get my ideas down on paper. I collect phrases, quotes and sayings, combining them with images to produce humorous, satirical, and hopefully interesting work with a pleasant aesthetic quality. There is nothing more satisfying to me than creating a doodle that will make someone smile.
